Celebrating 10 years in business.
We are proud to announce in September 2016 we celebrate completing our tenth year in business, delivering quality services in change management and business improvement.
Change this was conceived, and started life, as a ‘lifestyle wish-list’ from its founder, Adrian Wheeler. After nearly ten years at senior level within a market-leading UK property and construction company, he decided he wanted to take greater control over his own destiny and use his expertise and passion for delivering business improvement to ‘make a difference’ with other organisations as Customers. The ambition was to create a ‘small but perfectly formed’ consultancy business, specialising in ‘working smarter’ within the property and estates arena. The (unusual) company logo, the ‘Splash’ was also conceived ‘to be different’ – symbolising something interesting, dynamic, outwardly unstructured but full of possibilities!
The Company was incorporated in August 2006 and started trading at the beginning of September 2006, with our inaugural Customer being Land Securities plc, with whom we still are privileged to be working at this time.
As a result of success and organic growth the business now employs 6 family team members and occasionally other associates (including more family members!) in our unique brand of results-driven improvement. We also practice what we preach, and have maintained our own programme of continual improvement. We are now small and (becoming) perfectly formed and looking forward to continuing to enjoy our work, delivering transformation and successes with our Customers.
Thank you to all those with whom we have worked, and to those whom have worked with us, to help us achieve our collective goals and to reach this ‘landmark’ on our journey.
A person should set his goals as early as he can and devote all his energy and talent to getting there.
